1. Commission Structure<\/h3>\n

Affiliates in the Coplenty Affiliate Program earn a 40% commission on all sales generated through their unique affiliate link or coupon code. In recognition of exceptional sales performance, Coplenty reserves the right to offer additional quarterly personal bonus percentages.<\/p>\n

2. Platform and Payments<\/h3>\n

The Coplenty Affiliate Program is facilitated through the Tolt platform, which handles all tracking, reporting, and payment processing. Payments will be made automatically by Tolt on a monthly basis, specifically between the 10th and 15th of each month, covering the previous month’s activities. Affiliates can access detailed analytics and performance metrics through their dashboard on the Tolt platform by logging in at affiliate.coplenty.com<\/a>. More information about Tolt can be found at tolt.io<\/a>.<\/p>\n

3. Promotion and Resources<\/h3>\n

Coplenty will provide affiliates with the necessary resources to promote our products effectively, including a custom affiliate link and a coupon code. Referrals are tracked through clicks on the affiliate link or by using the provided discount code. Affiliates wishing to change their link or coupon code must submit a request via email to affiliate@coplenty.com<\/a>.<\/p>\n

4. Cookie Policy<\/h3>\n

The Program utilizes a 30-day cookie policy to track referrals. We use a cookie to track people who have clicked on your link, so they need to be using cookies for us to track them. This means that if a customer makes a purchase within 30 days of clicking an affiliate\u2019s link, the affiliate will receive credit for the sale. If a person doesn’t allow cookies or clears their cookies, then we can’t track them and thus can’t pay earnings on that person’s activity.<\/p>\n

5. Termination and Inactivity<\/h3>\n

Affiliates may terminate their participation in the Program at any time by contacting affiliate@coplenty.com<\/a>. Coplenty reserves the right to remove affiliates from the Program due to inactivity or for any other reason deemed necessary. Affiliates identified as inactive or otherwise subject to removal will receive a notification prior to the deactivation of their account. Furthermore, Coplenty reserves the right to approve or decline any affiliate application at its sole discretion.<\/p>\n

6. Intellectual Property<\/h3>\n

Affiliates are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable right to use Coplenty trademarks, logos, and promotional materials provided by Coplenty for the sole purpose of promoting our products under this Program. Affiliates agree not to modify these materials in any way without prior written consent from Coplenty.<\/p>\n

7. Usage Restrictions<\/h3>\n

Affiliates are required to hide the link to any spreadsheets or files when promoting them to prevent unauthorized access. Affiliates are strictly prohibited from freely distributing or giving away Coplenty products.<\/p>\n

8. Confidentiality<\/h3>\n

Affiliates agree to keep all sensitive and proprietary information received from Coplenty confidential and not to disclose such information to any third party without prior written consent from Coplenty. This includes, but is not limited to, sales data, marketing strategies, and customer information.<\/p>\n

9. Indemnification<\/h3>\n

Affiliates agree to indemnify and hold Coplenty, its subsidiaries, affiliates, and employees harmless from any claim, demand, damages, or expenses (including legal fees) arising out of or related to the affiliate’s participation in the Program, breach of these Terms & Conditions, or violation of any law or the rights of a third party.<\/p>\n

10. Limitation of Liability<\/h3>\n

Coplenty will not be liable for any indirect, special, or consequential damages arising in connection with this Program. Additionally, Coplenty\u2019s aggregate liability arising with respect to this Program will not exceed the total referral fees paid or payable to the affiliate under this agreement.<\/p>\n

11. Compliance with Laws<\/h3>\n

Affiliates must comply with all applicable laws, rules, and regulations, including but not limited to data privacy laws and marketing regulations. This includes adhering to the Federal Trade Commission (FTC) guidelines on endorsements and testimonials.<\/p>\n

12. Relationship of Parties<\/h3>\n

Affiliates acknowledge that they are independent contractors and not employees, agents, partners, or joint ventures of Coplenty. Affiliates have no authority to bind Coplenty to any agreement, whether written or oral.<\/p>\n

13. Prohibited Activities<\/h3>\n

Affiliates are prohibited from engaging in activities that could harm Coplenty\u2019s reputation or business. This includes but is not limited to unethical marketing practices, misleading advertisements, or any activity that could be considered fraudulent or illegal.<\/p>\n

14. Dispute Resolution<\/h3>\n

In the event of any dispute, controversy, or claim arising out of or relating to the Program, the parties shall attempt in good faith to resolve the dispute amicably. If the parties are unable to resolve the dispute, it shall be settled through binding arbitration in accordance with the rules of an established arbitration provider.<\/p>\n

15. Modification of Terms<\/h3>\n

Coplenty reserves the right to modify these Terms & Conditions at any time. Updates will be made to this page, and affiliates are encouraged to review the terms regularly. Continued participation in the Program following such changes will constitute acceptance of the new terms.<\/p>\n

16. Communication<\/h3>\n

All communications and inquiries regarding the Program should be directed to affiliate@coplenty.com<\/a>. Coplenty will respond to queries and requests in a timely manner to ensure smooth operation of the affiliate partnership.<\/p>\n
